The Formats

Signature Barre

Where it all started, the first format, the first sweat. An Energizing dance inspired workout that challenges your mind and body as you move through high reps and isolated movements.

Movement is my passion! Whether it's through dancing or fitness I love moving the body.  Being able to teach others brings me joy. 

My mission is to provide challenging workouts with simple moves that anyone can do.
